The Interview- 3 Tell All Questions

Its time to take a modern twist to the typical recruitment of employees.  Here is the very basis: the interview.

These are three modern questions that will help an employer learn the most about a potential employee.

1) How did you find out about this job?

2) What did you like about the job before you started?

3) Why did you leave?

While these three questions seem quite simple, they help unveil some of the candidates past that will show their specific personality traits.  Asking these questions will show what this person is looking for as they apply for the current position.  A learning experience? A fine decision? A lifetime career path that has been carefully chosen?  Think about what these questions show about your past job choices and why it could be critical when deciding on a new path.
