Attracting Highly Qualified New Recruits

Although some recruiters would argue that this point is invalid, studies show that above average paying jobs recruit higher qualified employees.  This higher pay will attract new employees who feel highly qualified and committed to the companies message and core values.  Highly qualified workers are less likely to apply to lower paying jobs and therefore those who are looking for entry level recruits will need to step up their pay scale when recruiting these new workers.  The higher pay will attract a wider and largely more desirable pool of recruits for the company to choose from and ultimately decide on their best candidate.
