Group Setting Recruitment

One type of recruitment that I have seen become quite popular over the past few years is the group setting application or interview.  This is another way to get to know your candidates in an “off paper” way.  Hosting an open house or group event can be a great way to meet and socialize with potential candidates for the job.  It also serves as a self-selection where you can meet serious applications.  This helps the applicants get a feel for the company and better understand the position they have applied for.  This method has already been commonly used for things such as summer internships, but has grown a great deal over the years.   Who would love to work for a company that makes recruiting FUN and EASY?
